Lemon and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cups spinach leaves (raw) (~¾ oz)

1 banana (~4 oz)

1 lemon (~2 oz)

½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~5 oz)

1 cups milk (skim milk) (~8 oz)

1 ¼ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~¾ oz)

Directions

Wash and cut the spinach leaves, peel and cut the banana, squeeze the lemon juice and add all the rest of the ingredients to the mixer.

Blend it until smooth, and enjoy your meal!
